Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

Because our products are made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at shop@sarcasticslothstudio.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. If the issue qualifies, we will work with our production partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund. You generally will not need to return a damaged or defective item.

Cancellations

Because orders may enter production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will do our best to help, but cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
